I have a weather website, and need a page to show this

Read from two files (*.txt files with ID numbers)
insert it to a MySQL database
View the MySQL data/values it on my website in a table.


There can I find at finish template og scripts for this ?
Or it there anyone in the forum who can make it for me ?
