 Can I display an image upload time/date under it? |

Hi, I'm uploading a photo periodically to a server which is displayed as a webcam image. The camera turns on and off to save power as it's solar, and doesn't have time to access the time server to update. This means the time displayed on the image is often wrong.
Could I display the time the image was uploaded to the server somehow under it using HTML? |

Not with HTML (more than for the display of the date). You can get the timestamp with some server side language. I don't think JavaScript can do it on its own.
