Need help with simple email html Options

Hi-

I got this template from the web. I would like to make a few small adjustments as marked in the attached picture. I just need a little spacer above the logo in the top left to push it down a tad. I would also like to push the items in the bottom row out to the edges of the white inner table.



any help would be appreciated. thanks, sl

Also, I just noticed when I email the html from Safari in Osx and open in mail it has some red areas that don't appear when just viewing the file itself.
