Hello,
This is my first time posting. I'm returning to HTML/ CSS after 6/7 years programming in other languages and I've heard and seen amazing examples in HTML 5. I'm looking to build a UI where it's possible for the user to spawn/generate and then manipulate in size/shape rectangular blocks of colour, with text elements inside. I would like to achieve a fluid, organic/physics style of animation between the blocks, much like this example in Flash: http://www.snappywords.com/ Is this possible to achieve in a browser (without using Flash or Silverlight) and what libraries or plug-ins would be needed? I'd really appreciate any help to point me down the right path. Many thanks in advance. |

Javascript seems to be the way to do anything of consequence in the browser nowadays.
Angular.js and Ember.js are the most complete frameworks, while jQuery, Backbone, Underscores, Node, and others are more specialized. |
