I am creating a website in MS Publisher and have internal and external links that I want to open in a new window, rather than taking the user directly to that page. How can I do this?

This is an external page, that I need to open in a new window, just a tad bit smaller then my page, so the user stays can just close the window and go back to my page:
<A href="http://quickbooks.intuit.com/?priorityCode=3969702399&kbid=3545&img=7636-f1_qbg_133x75_05_wg.jpg&sub=">
<img src="http://quickbooks.intuit.com/qbcom/images/affiliates/7636-f1_qbg_133x75_05_wg.jpg" border=0></a>

The internal links are created as a “Hyperlink” / in the “Link to” column, I selected “Place in this document” / in the “Select a place in this document”, I selected the page I want to link to point to. But, it doesn’t open it in a new window, it takes the user to that page. Is there another way I’m suppose to do this?
