I always used em instead of pixels, but it seems that rem is a better option to use instead of em on CSS stylesheets.
Is it more of a best practice to use rem? |

That's right. Also check out the vh and vw units while you're at it: https://www.w3.org/TR/css3-values/#viewport-relative-lengths
