Like what you see here:
http://www.htmlgoodies.com/wpg/drop01.html

But without the button. I've used these before, but I can't figure out how to modify them so when you click on any option, it "jumps" to the spot on the page. All the spots on hte page have their own A NAME= already.

I'm sure the answer is simple. Shame me. tongue.gif

No no, not to other pages. I already know how to do that, but to jump to a spot on that page the drop down is on.

I thought you wanted it to work without a submit button. angry.gif

Combine it with this then.
http://www.htmlhelp.com/faq/html/links.html#named-anchor
Not the whole link, but the hash and the fragment identifier, #whateva .

Yes, I know how to do that, I use it all the time, but I want it in the drop down.

Any item in the drop down box, when clicked, takes you to that item's spot on the page, with the A NAME=.

And yes, no button. ;-)

So you do the same thing as with links. Add the #name_of_anchor . rolleyes.gif

I'm gonna kick your collective patooties. tongue.gif

You know how you go to a grocery store and look and look and look, can't find it, go get a sales associate and sure enough he goes to that spot you stared at for a few minutes, and picks it up and gives it to you?

The answer was that simple. Why didn't I see it? I want to say I feel dumb, but in reality I know everything, and this causes my brain to have a hard time accessing it and getting the information there on time. wink.gif

Oh, and ... thank you Pandy. glare.gif
