Please help! It has come to my attention that the frames in one of my fanlistings won't show up on certain browsers. I don't have Firefox, and therefore don't know. This is a a picture someone sent of what it looks like on their browser:
This is what it looks like in my browser: Anyone who can help please let me know because otherwise they are going to shut down my site! Here is the URL so you can see the code: http://www.geocities.com/drufiction This post has been edited by Chelsea: Jul 6 2007, 12:41 PM |

I recommend that you start by fixing the HTML errors reported by our online validator. Some of them are caused by geocities code that you can't do anything about, but you should fix the ones you can.

I just don't understand why these things are affecting viewing in the Firefox browser but nowhere else? None of those minor errors seem like anything that would cause an entire frame to not show up. The structure of your frameset is broken. Different browsers will recover differently from that.
Yes, there are a lot of other errors. Some are minor, and some aren't. The ones created by the geocities markup probably don't cause major problems in most browsers, but you can't control it anyway (other than by moving your site to a proper hosting provider, that is). |

And I recommend that you download at least FF and Opera so you can check your pages in them. They are both free.
