Looking for someone to help mysite Options

I am looking for someone who can help me finish my site up.

I need to integrate a type of coding that would allow people to create accounts, and then purchase items from other users with accounts. Upon selling/buying or whatever it would give myself a small percentage of the cost of the item.

If someone knows what I am talking about and can help me I'd appreciate it.

I have the basic design done, along with the graphics I need, just want to integrate that account portion and selling portion.
