If you look here: http://elbarney.com/accessibility/index.html you'll see a main content div (right) and a sidebar div (left) both (in theory) with the same styling other than text size and line height (the ones I am referring to both have white backgrounds) But, the link styles for the sidebar are not behaving as they should. They should have the same styles in each state as the main content div to the right. I can't find the conflict.

There are a number of things wrong with this site (other than the fact that most of the content has not, yet, been added - though most of it is ready to go in) The main navigation bar to the left went nuts when I tried to add a current page marker with this method: > http://alt-web.com/Articles/Persistent-Page-Indicator.shtml < and the links are now FUBAR. blink.gif I can imagine a number of reasons why, but don't know which one to start with! I am trying to avoid the use of JavaScript with this site as much as I can.

Any help you can offer with either, or both, of these problems would be appreciated.

Thank you!

Well, I did manage to beat the div style issue into submission. the larger problem with the menu remains.

There must be a DNS problem. elbarney.com can't be found. Could very well be in my end.
