IE and FireFox haeder auto resize issue Options

Hey Everyone,
I have been trying to wrap my mind around this issue but for the life of me I can not fix this issue! I got the auto resize to work perfectly on Chrome but for some reason will not work in IE or Firefox. Can someone please help!
