streaming metadata, stream metadata from webpage to car radio etc. Options

Hi everyone

I have a question hopefully someone can point me in the right direction or help.

I am streaming a radio station and have setup a webpage but when I try and stream the webpage to car radio all I see is ip address. What I am after is to display the track info (ie track name, artist, time and station name) onto radio display that is displaying my radio stream webpage.

I hope you all can understand what I'm effectively want to do.
