Hi guys,
could you please help me to fix the slider on the home page: https://www.koreanlanguagedaily.com/ Unfortunately, my last 2 posts have blurry picture view within this slider. I was always able to fix it, by restoring the picture to the original size - however, it does not work for my last 2 posts anymore. I tried to change the picture to different (higher) resolutions too or even a different format, but still blurry. I'm using a "demo" template that may possibly?! restrict this function too - but maybe there is an easy fix and the issue is somewhere else. Also, as you can see, the rest of the pictures on the slider (starting from the 3rd post) are clear, but not those last two recent posts. Thank you for your time/help/any sort of advice. Happy holidays to everyone! Kind Regards, Lucas Attached thumbnail(s) |

You have to do some diagnostics. This "slider" thing is no doubt written to make it as difficult as possible to debug (in the interests of faux-security); I can't see where the images are entered into the javascript.
You could start by displaying the image with the problem as an ordinary image on (a test version of) this page. Then we would know whether the problem is the slider or the image. It is quite possible the slider thing has some "blur" settings which you have inadvertently (or "automatically") set without intending to. |

Which script is responsible for the slider? I don't even manage to locate it, there are so many scripts.

Hi all,
I found the solution, thank you for your idea regards to further troubleshooting. Solution: upload the image via the "Import from URL" option in the blogger post section bar (instead of dropping the whole picture to the working area and then restoring the image to its original size - somehow it corrupts the image on the slider view - in most of the cases). ...now it's working again via this URL option (upload method) / slider was not the issue. TY Brain and GGL to everyone! L. |
