Is Youtube the best we can do? We believe that there can be innovation in video sharing.

We are a new start up company looking for a programmer/developer. Our team now consist of a creative director/marketing/branding and producer/presenter/pitcher (ME! nice to meet you) and we are looking for the missing piece in our start up. A passionate programmer to share the enthusiasm ( and company shares of course)

We are absolutely in the start up stage, and bloody hell, do we love start ups!.
We didn't include any scripting languages because that is not something we are well versed about, hence we believe that is something that you could be the expert of in our team.

We are all about making decisions together, hence you will receive 33% of company shares.

Requirements are pretty basic:
1. Unconventional (weird in your own way, we respect it)
2. LOVE start ups.
3. Open minded, straight up and honest, love constructive arguments.
4. Be willing to attend Techstars, Y Combinator, Open Angel Forum...etc..
5. Love playing poker.
6. Love films and music all over.
