Please understand that none of the regulars here has first hand knowledge of any of these services. We help if we can, but since we don't know the limitations of these services or the syntax of the templates they use, there isn't much we can do if the problem isn't a plain HTML/CSS/JavaScript one.
Feel free to post, but you pretty much need to rely on each other for help.
In other words, the best place for support is usually the source where you will find people who know about the subject.

http://code.blogger.com
etc.,
Apparently, there are code blogs on Tumblr, where you can ask Tumblr specific questions. These bloggers are willing to help out and seem to reply rather fast.
No idea.
You should post your own question as a new thread in this forum section. The top links are supposed to help people what is expected in this forum section and some help for questions about WP, Blogger, Tumblr etc.
Just be sure to post the url of your post, as Tumblr code is of no use for us to help you, as there aren't many regulars who are familiar with Tumblr, me included.
If you do that, i don't mind if a moderator then merges (or even deletes) the above related posts, so that the pinned links remain as before.
