It looks good. The only thing I noticed is that the layout forces a minimum width that is wider than my default browser windows, so I get a little horizontal scrolling.

Oh, yes, just a little little bit wider than Darin's screen. However, I have a big LCD so it's perfect smile.gif

The site has a nice clean, crisp, modern look that fits well with the content of the site.

You might consider a pale background color just to set off the boxes. Maybe #F9F8FF, the menu rollover color?

Most of the right border disappears in the Resource Center box.

I found the some of the colors confusing. The links in the text boxes are dark blue then gold on hover. The headings in the Resource Center are gold but don't link, although the selections under the headings turn gold on hover. The royal blue in the title is very striking. Could that color be used in other places for clarity?

I know most websites seem to be ignoring people with poor eyesite, but is there a reason why your site shouldn't accomodate changing the text size to large or larger. Is there something in the layout that precludes having font-size:90% (or whatever) instead of font-size:16px? Just because some of us are aging (but not ME--I'm 39!) does not mean that we won't be interested in the latest technology and go looking for sites like yours.
