Hi there everyone,

I am an amateur and quiet new in web design. This is just a hobby for me but my company insisted
to design a website. I tried a bit and finalized a website. www.insamuh.com.tr
But as I check with different screens and resolutions, I see that locations of my layers are changed
slightly. I dont have deep knowledge in design and html coding and would like to ask
you you people. If you can assist me that would be highly appreciated.

If you wanna make some other advices they will be also accepted vigorously.
Thanks in advance and regards....

I only see one background color for the entire window, made up of two different sized images of that color. Nothing else. I have to guess where links are by hovering over the page.

Same here. Looking at the images, they seem to be animated GIFs. This is why it's important for the first and last frames of animated GIFs to stand alone when animation is disabled/unsupported.
