Hi!
I am trying to add a hover effect to an image on my wordpress post page. The image links to a pdf. It should be pretty simple but I can't figure it out. Here's my current code for the image and link, please let me know what I need to add to get the hover effect working!

What kind of hover effect? What have you tried so far? I see no attempt at all.
