Hi

Just one question. Is cart abandonment client side or server side?

Thanks.

If you (the site) want to know about it it would be server side.

Hi

Thanks for that.

I have another question. How do I obtain values of input controls inside a form which need to be on the same page?

Thanks.

Hi

Just to let you know. I thought I had solved it. I am trying to send an email to a user when the user closes the browser window (cart abandonment).

Attached is the latest index.txt file.

Can you please help?

I don't know the answer, but I don't think this is a good thing to do. I've been know to take my business elsewhere when that happens. Since I'm not yet senile I already know I've abandoned the cart and I did so because I wanted to. No one likes to feel spied on, be nagged or to have to deal with unnecessary email.
