HTMLHelp Forums _ Graphics, Flash and Multimedia _ How to display images

I would like to put images on a page where the thumbnails are down the left side and across the bottom. If someone should click on one of these images it would enlarge in the free space on the page without a pop up. Please forgive me as I am new to all this and the books that I have don't quite explain it. Is it possible to do this?

One of the galleries at http://www.stunicholls.com/ might interest you.

I use Lightbox for http://janisellis.com.
It's pretty easy to implement - http://www.lokeshdhakar.com/projects/lightbox2/

Thanks to both of you.

Lightbox puts an overlayer on the page. But the OP said he didn't want a popup.

I sometimes use Fancybox ( http://fancybox.net/ ), which is a Lightbox alternative with a Mac look.

Fancybox looks cool. Thanks Frederiek, I will try that next time.
