I want to post a single price on a site that is linked to another currency and automatically updates as the currencies flutuate.

ie I want the price to always be £1000 GBP but displayed in NT$ or New Taiwanese Dollars, with the NT$ value being updated as the exchange rate between £ and NT£ changes.

Then you'd need access to real time currency data, and probably some API for converting your own price to that currency. Not sure if such things are free though.

Not likely. For instance Iban charges €3000/year. Maybe there are simpler services for less, but free I doubt.
