Hi

Willing to send a donation of £30 via paypal to someone who can help do this for me:

I need a page with this on:

<form action="mail.php" method="POST">
<b>Your Paypal Email Address</b><br>
<input type="text" name="email" size=40>

<p><input type="submit" value=" Send ">
</form>

Which is just for entering an email address then send button.
But I need it to remember the email addresses and I need to be able to "blacklist" or "block" and address.

So the user would see a box, then enter their email address, if the user is good then they will be forwarded to the next web page.
If their address is on a blacklist they will get a message (or sent to another page with the message on)

Any help? I know it might need mysql or php
