Hello, I downloaded a template and want to change the Icon. Typically, I find a image file and can edit no problem but in this code there is no reference to the base file and not sure what to do

Below is the code and a screen shot of the icon

CODE--------------------------------------
<div class="wrapper row4">
<footer id="footer" class="hoc clear">
<!-- ################################################################################
################ -->
<div class="one_third first">
<h6 class="heading">BLA BLA BLA</h6>
<p>Stuff here.</p>
<p class="btmspace-15">Stuff here.</p>
<ul class="faico clear">
<li><a class="faicon-facebook" href="#"><i class="fa fa-facebook"></i></a></li>
<li><a class="faicon-twitter" href="#"><i class="fa fa-twitter"></i></a></li>
<li><a class="faicon-linkedin" href="#"><i class="fa fa-linkedin"></i></a></li>
END CODE ----------------------------------

here is the screen shot of the website
