I saw the following question in Yahoo Answers.

IPB Image

I am not sure if they are using a Unicode formatting character or the character set itself is vertical. Any ideas? I'm sorry but the question has been deleted so I only have this screen clipping and no code. Yahoo Answers allows no HTML so it must be done with Unicode.
