I am struggling to upload a video file.
when I try to view a supplied (by WebEasy) child02.avi file within Web Easy 10 the video file is displayed using Windows Media player. When I preview the current page the file says Windows Media Player 9 (or above) is required to view this clip. any help would be appreciated. Regards Mick |

Not sure I can help, but it isn't clear to me what you have a problem with. Is it the video on the server (can you even upload it?) or the preview in WebEasy?

I can not preview in web easy the result is Windows Media Player 9 (or above) is required to view this clip. It can be downloaded from the Microsoft website. When trying MS website the result is We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found. The URL may be misspelled or the page you're looking for is no longer available. I can view it outside of Web Easy using Windows Media Player. I am running windows 10 |

OK. You're best bet it to contact Avanquest about that. It isn't a HTML problem and none of the regulars here uses WebEasy.
