Please who can tell me how to make a database with php
That is a very vague question. Exactly what do you need help with? What database are you using? Are you asking how to create the database, create tables or load data into the database? Or all of the above?

On the File tab, click New, and then click Blank Database.
Type a file name in the File Name box.
Click Create.
Begin typing to add data, or you can paste data from another source, as described in the section Copy data from another source into an Access table.
