Background image not working, jquery mobile Options

Hello,

Im trying to create an application but my background image is not showing up and I cannot see the problem. Im also trying to move the jquery mobile button down the page but that does not seem to be working either. Ive attached a folder with the html pages and the images im trying to display. Any help is greatly appreciated im in a tight spot.

For more specific suggestions, we'll need the URL (address) of a page that demonstrates the problem.

I solved my problem but thanks anyways for your reply, pesky characters that I couldn't see meant the css wasn't working properly.
