I had a stroke and I can't remember what the last part of the hyperlink means. Here is the link -- https://www.mylink.net/CP/IL/PostNewABC2_I.php?IL=ON&SeeAlso=ArtistName

I know what the mylink.net means
I know what the CP directory means
I know what the IL directory means

If you could untangle the PostNewABC2_I.php?IL=ON&SeeAlso=NewName part of the link I would be very grateful.

The PostNewABC2_I.php part is the name of the PHP file on the server.

Everything after the question mark is the query string. In this case, the query string sets the values of a couple parameters. The ampersand is used to separate multiple parameters from each other.
