Hello there! ^^

Now, I'm even worse in CSS than HTML (and don't get me started on JS at ALL), but I can't figure this one out for the life of me. If it's easy, you'll realise how newbie I am.



Here, I'm unable to scroll down to the Div's full length, and I hope this is a CSS error because I will be seriously embarrassed if it's an HTML one. ..・ヾ(。＞＜)シ

Here's my second problem!



Whenever I zoom out at a certain point, it just... Collapses like it's giving up. At this stage, I was at 50% magnification, but it starts at 67%. The problem also travels to my https://moons-cottage.neocities.org as well! 〣( ºΔº )〣
