Hi, I have form in my website, http://melprokwebsolutions.com/contact2.html, that when I submit the form
to send a email, I see the email like this:

phone: 787787787
message: holaaaaaaaaaa
name: jose melendez
company: compania

I would like at least to put capital letters:
Phone: 787787787
Message: holaaaaaaaaaa
Name: jose melendez
Company: compania

Anyone hava an idea on how I can format this?

Thanks,

If that's all you want you just need to rename the values of your name attributes so they start with a capital letter.

Then your script must convert them to lower case. It does some formatting, since the raw output would be:
CODE
name=value

and yours looks like:
CODE
name: value

Take a look at the script and see if you can find it. Post the content of it here if you don't.
