Can I add my site URL into my signature, when I post or reply to this or any forum within this site?

Its fairly simple site with some technical details, free sample code etc. Just want to make sure, if that violets any rules on this forum. Let me know.

Thanks

That should be fine, as long as it's not considered offensive or spammy.

See also the Board Rules and Signature Rules.

IIRC you have already included your link in every post except this one, but thanks for asking. wink.gif

The following is not directed at the OP, but since the topic is signature links I'd like mention it anyway:

Sometimes new members make low quality posts for the sole purpose of showing their signature links (despite this forum using the NOFOLLOW attribute in links). Such posts are usually easy to spot, and since they don't contribute anything to the forum we tend to ban and delete them right away.

Why did you say that wasn't directed to him? laugh.gif

Maybe the first rule should be changed? We talked about solicitation the other day, and guys like this one is just the type that I expect to start PMing people offering his services.

No commercial solicitation is allowed.
