Can't get rid of Broken Picture Options

I can't figure out where the broken picture is in the top left corner!! Can anyone point me in the correct direction on how to get rid of it?

Assuming IE, rightclick on the broken image icon and chose propertied. Note the URL.

Obviously you don't have an image file called "1" at that location. Maybe it should be 1.gif or 1.jpg and maybe it's in another location or you haven't uploaded it.

Furthermore, you can't put a DIV inside an A. You need to do it the other way around: <div><a...>...</a></div> .
