What do you call this style/format of website?

Is this a common Template style, and if so is it available somewhere?

A web shop?

The logo resembles the one on this site though. So maybe it's a ripoff.

That's the current website.
The screen-grab in my O.P. was their Australian website, from 2003. I used the WaybackMachine.

I am wondering what is the name for that style of horizontal Nav bar with dividing lines between each Nav link.

Hm. I don't think it has any special name. It's just a horizontal navbar. I would say horizontal menu or top menu.
