Is FBI still hacking users of Tor all over the world? You use Tor, don't you? I remember reading about some mass-hacking bill that empowered them to do that - and they did - a few years back, but haven't seen anything about it lately.

Probably as many as they can.

Yes, especially for Google and Youtube. Besides the (hopefully) increased anonymity, it also prevents Google from returning "personalized" search results.

Brave can also use the Tor network, but I haven't tried it much. Don't know if it retains Google data like vanilla Chrome.

No idea, but I'm sure such organizations do it wether it's legal or not.

Hey, Netscape was the best there was in those days.

I tried to find some kind of specification or description of the first JS version, but had no luck with that. But I found this rather interesting page.

I knew (or thought) it was originally called LiveScript, but I didn't know it was renamed twice. It was called Mocha first, then LiveScript. And there really was a connection to Java. I thought Java was just used as a buzzword.

And there is no use to google for LiveScript or Mocha, because modern languages have stolen those names.
