I need to know if this thing is possible.
I think I want to create my own forum this forum is for my country. Laguage is filipino. This forum is for tutorial in anything and fun but the language is filipino. I want to make a forum that is like a email.

Everyone who post topic can be viewed globally or everyone but a register member can do morethings a unique things that first in web.

I want to do these when i create a forum:
-A forum that is like email
* A register person or login person is protected when they browse forum
Topic is scan first for security(spam, virus, malware, adware, spyware, etc threat) if it is detected as a threat will automatically remove from a forum based email.

* A register or login person can create folder subfolder that they can rename. They can cut/copy/paste anything, post topic that is important to them.

* A register or login person can delete a post topic of member or guest that they feel.

* Post topic is scan for violate-rules and automatic warn a violator if he/she a member or register member then that topic is automatic close or lock.

* Everyone register or guest can post topic and everyone can viewed it except a register or member or login person can delete topics create folders move a topic in there folder and they own it just like email but a forum.

* A guest has only one or globally viewed forum just like forum now & before. They cannot do anything but reply and post.

DO you get me, a forum that is like email but not for email purpose. And not really same as email.
if so give me a example!

Please don't use super-sized text just because you are bored, youngcomlover101. You can play in the Test forum. tongue.gif
I made the text normal again and I hope it stays that way. happy.gif

And while we're off-topic, why are you advertising a web site that has "disapeared"? And why are you advertising it in such a cryptic manner?
