Change a default search option Options

Hi there!

I was wondering if someone could give me a hand. I have this coding for a Land Transfer Tax Calculator Widget. But having difficulty trying to changing the default location under the profile section. The default is "Toronto, ON" but would love it to be "Windsor, ON" instead.

I don't see any way to change that, only the province (which is Ontario already).
