Hi,

Please bear with me as I'm definitely not a html expert here!

I'm struggling with something when creating html eshots in Photoshop.

I create my image, add slices and save for web.

I then use Dotmailer to upload all of the image slices and html file.

(I then change all img tags to display blocks to maximise the chances of it displaying correctly)

Everything usually works fine and appears correctly in Hotmail, Gmail etc.

However the problem I'm having is with Outlook if the default is to not display images.

The image previews display spread out (i.e. not in a nice neat aligned block) and disjointed in Outlook. The funny thing is, when selecting 'display images' they come together when loading and when complete, display perfectly.

I've attached an image to demonstrate the issue.

I just wondered if this was was a common problem and if there's an easy solution?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I don't have Outlook, but it seems that automatic picture downloads are blocked by default in Outlook, apparently "to help protect you from junk e-mail senders". See http://office.microsoft.com/en-001/outlook...P001230040.aspx

So, I don't think you can force the pictures to load in Outlook of people to whom you send that email. They'll have to manually accept the images, which they might, unless they think the email is spam.
