My son's business site is my responsibility.. and he had a request that I have somewhat figured out.
We have business coupons at times on the site. Last Christmas time we had an issue with people downloading our coupons and bringing them to other shops.
This year what he asked me for is this...

When they click on the link he would like them, the user, to fill out their email to access the link...
So..
I have a pop up html code from:
