I was wondering if someone can advise how to fix the below items:

1: The main cover image doesn't fill the screen when viewing the website on an iPhone.

Looks normal to me. The iphone view simulates a narrow phone screen in portrait orientation, and the page layout adapts to that. So on a real iphone (or other mobile phone), the web page would fill the entire screen.
