I've exported a banner made in ImageReady: http://www.graylikethecolor.com/absolut/banner.html

NOW i want to post that banner on myspace and other websites.

How do i generate the TAG of that banner? (what i've seen on youtube and photobucket).

i've tried this: <img src="http://www.graylikethecolor.com/absolut/banner.html">

what is it i'm doing wrong?

Image Ready exported the code for you.
Just look at the source for the html page you posted.

The javascript and table are can be pasted into another document. Make sure to upload the graphic images as well.

The banner.html file is not an image. It is an HTML document displaying several images.

You have a number of options, including:
  • create a single image and use an <img> tag for that image
  • copy the code from banner.html to every page where you want to use it
  • automatically include the code (see the FAQ entry How do I include one file in another?)
