This is Dr Z. I have been away from this forum for some time now due to health issues. I have forgotten my password, and my email address has changed since I first registered years ago.

I registered under a different name just to be able to access the form. I would like to go back to my original registration.

Please advise.

Well, my normal response would be to send a password reset to the user's registered email address. But since you don't seem to be using that email address any longer, I'm not sure what can be done unless you remember your password.

Thank you Darin.

I guess I will have to use the new registration name from now on. It is kind of disappointing, as I am kind of proud to be one of the "old timers" (member #11) from the times of the old forum.
