Custom Urdu font (jameel noori nastaleeq), urdu font in android apk Options

. I was thinking the fontsaddict site was slow, or even ignored requests for the 10MB font file;
. while the font file that worked perhaps was much smaller, and was hosted by Google?
. But it's just speculation.

Actually the largest file is JameelNooriNastaleeq.svg which weighs in at a whopping 31.9MB.

Here are the sizes of rhe others...

• JameelNooriNastaleeq.eot - 13.2MB
• JameelNooriNastaleeq.woff - 8.48MB
• JameelNooriNastaleeq.woff2 - 6.55MB

So we would have download 60.05MB just to display the one font.

As I pointed out previously; just using woff2 is probably the best way to proceed.
