Importing Excel files Options

Hi all
I currently import data from excel files using dreamweaver onto my website. I have just started using a content management system (page publisher) which uses PML tags. I have no problem entering text etc using the PML tags, my problem is how to input an excel file using these tags. My plan is to get different users to upload the data without being able to edit the HTML code, has anyone got any ideas how i can import excel worksheets? example - http://www.budcomputers.com/pp/bristol8bal...s/division1.htm
