getting to web page without using .htm Options

I am trying to setup a webpage so people can just type in name of page without the .htm extension.
Current URL www.wwiivets.com/tribute.htm would like www.wwiivets.com/tribute

As many of my visitors or very old I am trying to keep down the amount they need to type.

Be mindful that some browsers will still handle it as text/plain.
