There is a site for checking compatibility of some library with browsers https://caniuse.com/

Are there similar sites for checking compatibility of mobile phones(Android 9, Galaxy A8 in my case ) ?

Do you mean the screen sizes of mobile phones? If so the Web Inspector in desktop browsers can simulate smaller screen sizes (there should be a little icon somewhere at the top).
