Is there a way I can limit the number of records that are stored in a database? I am using a PHP guestbook script for personal use and only want to save say the last 100 messages. Thanks!

Your best bet is to choose a guestbook script that includes this feature.

Or if the guestbook is already up and running, you should be able to write a simple script that chops out all but the last 100. (Test it somewhere else, though!)
