I intend to establish a contact form on my website for prospective clients to enter the contact details (name, address, country, etc.)
I have already created a MySQL database with my web hosting service provider.
Can anyone recommend some online tutorial which shows me how to create the required fields in the database and how to link them to the fields on the contact list so that once a contact list is filled in by a client and SUBMIT is pressed then the database is automatically updated with the clients details?
The way I see it the process involves 3 steps.
1. Create contact form on website.
2. Create required fields in database.
3. Link the two together.
