I have a questionaire that I would like to put on my site so that my clients can fill it out and then click "submit" at the end and it will e-mail me telling me the details. I am using dreamweaver. If someone could help me out with this that would be great. I am not very proficient with html or even web design in general... so nay help you can give me would be great!
