How would you create this?
It is a simple tutorial on how to use a cell app. Go here: https://mtbcustomerlearn.com/en/course/star...eposit/emulator The cursor turns to a circle and you click on where the guided circle is. Is this just HTML going to a new page/picture when you click in the correct location? Or was a specific program used to do this? |

It's probably CSS (too tired to View Source). The mouse pointer can be an image of your choice.

OK. If I may, I recommend the intro at this site. It's old and it's only CSS1 (no cursor there!), but it gives you the basics in a very compressed format and if you get that down pat it's much easier to go on from there, you'll have a foundation to build on so to speak. It worked for me 20 years ago.
https://htmlhelp.com/reference/css/ If you dive straight into what CSS is today it may feel daunting, especially since you lack insight in HTML too. So getting a grip of basic HTML is really the first step since it would be hard to understand CSS without knowing how HTML works. |
