Why do I have this big blank space? Options

Hi All,
I'm doing my own site for my small business and all was going pretty good until I encountered this issue. I have this big blank white space on my page that I cannot get rid of. Below is the link to the page, and the html code.

Do you refer to white space around your page or... ?
